The Phenom 100 is one of the newest very light jets around, and is a truly beautiful aircraft that was developed in line with the larger Phenom 300. The two aircraft together are seen by many in the industry as an attempt by Embraer to compete more effectively with more established manufacturers such as Bombardier, Falcon and Cessna in the light jet market. Normal, and expected, configuration allows for four passengers but some aircraft will have room for six. Despite this, the small cabin is really best suited for four passengers on short haul flights. For example, the Phenom 100 would be the perfect aircraft for whisking a couple of business executives to a meeting in Geneva from their base in London, and it would do so in comfort and style.
